14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, email hello@replykit.example within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By subscribing and accessing premium content immediately, you agree that access begins at once; your withdrawal right still applies as described above for the first payment.

Renewals

Recurring renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel any time before the next renewal from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal to avoid future charges.
