TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY ("we") operates ReplyKit. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We collect as little as possible.

Data we handle

• Browsing: the static site sets no tracking cookies by default. Anonymous, aggregate analytics may be used to understand traffic.
• Purchases: when you subscribe, payment and billing data is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), not by us. We receive only the information needed to give you access (e.g. your email and subscription status).

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process purchase data to perform the contract you enter when subscribing. Analytics, where used, rely on legitimate interest and are anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@replykit.example. Payment records held by Lemon Squeezy are subject to their privacy policy.

Retention

We keep account/purchase data for as long as your subscription is active and as required by tax law, then delete it.
